How much is this going to cost?
The cost will vary depending on how long and how frequently you are in treatment. Most people find the benefit outweighs the cost, however, and in the long run will probably be less expensive than symptom medication and non-treatment. Please also contact us to discuss options based on your financial situation.
How am I supposed to pay for it?
We accept payments in form of checks, cash, and debit/credit cards. We also accept FSA and HSA.
Do you accept insurance?
We do! Depending on the clinician, presently we are working with Aetna, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield (also known as Elevance), United Healthcare, and TriCare East. Specific clinicians are also able to accept Medicaid or Medicare. If you don't see your insurance company listed here, give us a call to inquire.
Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?
Both! Most will find in-person the most effective but we are able to accommodate based on your location. Depending on each clinician, there may be limited spots for telehealth.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Do you provide Christian/Catholic Counseling?
Yes we do! We offer Christian and Catholic counseling for clients who desire to integrate their spirituality and religion into the therapeutic process. Several of our clinicians are practicing Catholics or Christians and are experienced in faith-informed approaches.
Do you only accept Christian/Catholic clients?
Not at all. While we are a faith-integrated practice, we welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs. Our goal is to provide evidence-based care that honors your individuality and dignity. Regardless of your spirituality or religion, we strive to provide the help and support that you need. Integration of faith is optional and client-led.
